I originally contacted Daniel & his colleagues to build a concept for a community patrol in our neighborhood that could address the unique needs of our community. They took things to another level on this project; they met with stakeholders and lobbied on behalf of our BIZ. When we sat down with the mayor at the end of the consultation, it was a clear demonstration of their commitment to my stakeholders.
I have confidence to give full responsibility to the team at PCS when it comes to projects involving safety, security and wellbeing in my BIZ. When I say they are “worth every penny” it really means that it is hard to put a price on the level of investment and care they put into the needs of my stakeholders.
I continue to trust the service of PCS as our needs and the climate evolves. They are a strong partner for my community, and I can easily recommend them to those organizations who can’t quite find the right fit for their stakeholders when it comes to security and wellbeing. They always take the time to listen and understand the needs; it is always clear that they are responding to my unique needs.
