What we build

We develop our own technology and build the businesses it runs on.

Field operations platform

Software that helps people in the field communicate, coordinate and share information, built to keep working without an internet connection. Dispatch with a map and call intake. Onboarding, scheduling and shift notifications. Coverage planning from past data. Daily field reports that roll up into reports a board can read.

Community-staffed businesses

We build local businesses with the community, staffed by people from the area, including people who have faced barriers to steady work. The community names the gap, and we build the business that fills it. Each one is also where our technology is tested and improved every day.

Where it's working

Community Safety Hosts Initiative

Co-developed with Zoongizi Ode, an Indigenous-led partner. Hosts are hired with priority for people with lived experience. They bring a trauma-informed presence to libraries, hospitals and community spaces, and connect people to the support they need. An internationally recognized, award-winning approach.
