You may see the team:

• Checking in with people who may need support
• De-escalating difficult situations
• Connecting people with local services
• Helping with information and wayfinding
• Responding to appropriate concerns from businesses and community members

Personnel are trained in de-escalation, trauma-informed practice, mental health response, first aid, naloxone, and harm reduction.

The team primarily patrols on foot throughout downtown Dauphin, local parks, and other identified community areas.

They do not replace police, emergency services, or medical professionals. When needed, they help connect people with the appropriate response.
