Arielle is a visionary leader and the President and co-founder of PCS, a highly successful Social Enterprise. Under her leadership, the company has thrived, delivering innovative projects that operate on a socially conscious method of practice and procurement. With over 9 years of experience in personnel management, budget and resource management, Arielle is a passionate and empathetic leader whose career has been strongly influenced by her training in applied psychology. Her core values of fair and equal access to well-being for all, equal empowerment, and accessible social support drive her leadership philosophy.

Arielle is a natural organizer and motivator, and she excels in breaking down communication barriers to inspire and bring people together. Her infectious enthusiasm and energy have contributed to the success of PCS and earned her a reputation as a standout leader in her field. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Arielle is an avid traveler, having explored many regions of Canada and Europe, and she brings this same sense of adventure and curiosity to all aspects of her life.

Over 10 years experience as a community safety specialist with a focus on human rights implementation, one brings a diverse background in safety, investigations, traffic management, change management, training development and public engagement. Daniel applies these principles in all projects. Often referring to ones self in reflections, one is the egghead of PCS; who cherishes those creative moments, barricades in the office for hours at a time to tackle a unique challenge; who is happiest being in the field and implementing a complex project. Daniel is an enthusiast of public and active transportation. Daniel rides a bicycle year-round (and whenever possible) and considers comparing different transportation infrastructure in exotic locations the best way to take a vacation. In ones spare time, loves tinkering with mechanics or small electronics and listening to science, politics, history and philosophy in podcast form.

Colleen Prawdzik is the Chief Financial Officer at PCS, bringing her extensive experience and multifaceted skills to the role. Known as a "Jill of All Trades," Colleen's career in the construction industry began in Warranty and quickly progressed through Site Supervision and Project Management. Her diverse background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and exceptional leadership capabilities.

As CFO, Colleen excels in financial management, operational efficiency, and delivering seamless client experiences. Her expertise spans customer care, software implementation, and project management, making her an invaluable asset to the PCS team. Beyond her professional achievements, Colleen is dedicated to community service, volunteering with organizations such as Pride Winnipeg and Folk Fest. Her commitment to excellence and continuous learning drives her to make significant contributions both within PCS and in the broader community.

With a background in psychology and support work, Seks brings with her a trauma-informed and community-centered approach. Her expertise spans project management, instructional design, public engagement, policy development, and marketing.

Seka is passionate about creating inclusive environments that prioritize resilience while leveraging innovative strategies to navigate complex challenges. Her certifications in crisis intervention, social procurement, and public participation underscore Seka's commitment to impactful, solution-oriented work.

In her role as PCS's Service Delivery Manager, Lisa is the cornerstone that binds all our projects together. Her exceptional capacity to oversee and coordinate the progress of multiple projects across various departments is pivotal to the success of PCS's operations.

Lisa's decade-long experience in navigating complex and fast-paced situations equips her with the skills needed for effective management. Her curiosity and passion for problem-solving have allowed her to master a diverse range of tasks, including scheduling, ordering, payroll, and overall office management.

Lisa firmly believes that individuals' happiness and fulfillment are fundamental to any organization's success. With this belief in mind, she leverages her empathic skills to provide unwavering support and guidance to her colleagues as needed.

Lisa's dedication to supporting others makes her an indispensable member of the PCS team. Her role ensures the seamless operation of the organization's client projects and administrative functions, contributing significantly to PCS's mission and overall success.

Phong Vu is a Human Resources Management student whose ability to learn and adapt has contributed significantly to PCS’ operations and recruitment.

Starting with PCS as an intern, during which he had the opportunity to see many facets of the organization, has tremendously helped kick start his professional career. Although relatively new in his professional career, his passion for learning has allowed him to shine even in an Administrative Assistant role. He hardly ever feels hesitated to take on any task coming his way and is always willing to deliver with 100% effort.

Outside of his work, he enjoys learning about different topics through reading books and watching documentaries. He also participates in martial arts.
