Join our team as the Case Manager for the Community Safety Host Initiative! We're looking for someone passionate about community safety and well-being, with a knack for case management and HR management. Fearless R2W & Persons Community Solutions Ltd. have partnered to create the Community Safety Hosts program, aimed at providing services in critical facilities with a trauma-informed approach.
In this dynamic role, you'll operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing fieldwork in Winnipeg's inner city with office-based administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include developing case management strategies for Community Safety Hosts, ensuring compliance, addressing performance matters, and conducting incident follow-ups. We're seeking candidates with experience in case management, independent work, client communication, incident follow-ups, and training compliance monitoring.
