Arielle is the President and co-founder of PCS, where her work focuses on building practical, socially conscious approaches to service delivery and community-based programming. With more than nine years of experience in personnel, budget, and resource management, she brings an organized, people-focused approach to both leadership and operations.

Her background in psychology has strongly influenced the way she approaches her work, particularly her interest in understanding people, reducing barriers, and creating environments where individuals with different experiences and perspectives can succeed. She values collaboration, accessible social supports, and finding practical ways to turn ideas into programs that work for the people they are intended to serve.

Arielle particularly enjoys the human side of her work, bringing people together, navigating communication challenges, developing teams, and watching an idea grow into something tangible in the community.
